Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Coherence, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Coherence on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you ingest into Coherence. You grant Coherence the right to process that data solely to operate the service on your behalf. See our privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use Coherence to process data you don't have the right to process. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring model or interfere with other customers' workspaces.

Service availability

We target 99.5% availability and will work with Enterprise customers on specific SLAs in their contract. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
